I am a first-generation entrepreneur, blending ancient wisdom with modern science. As the founder of WOODFRESS, a premium brand specializing in cold-pressed cooking oils, I’ve built a business that not only serves health-conscious families but also fuels my journey of personal growth, spiritual evolution, and leadership development. My mission is to bridge the teachings of the Mahabharata with the principles of quantum cosmology, empowering others to explore alternate realities and master both ancient and modern knowledge.
With over 22 years of experience across industries like GIS, Telecom, Retail, and Business Intelligence, I’ve developed expertise in managing complex business processes, sales force automation, and data-driven strategies. My roles at organizations such as Reliance Jio, Vodafone, and RCom have led me to lead high-impact projects that improved revenue generation, saved operational hours, and introduced innovative systems for enhancing business performance. My proficiency in analytics tools has allowed me to manage large datasets and optimize decision-making for business growth.
At Reliance Jio, I handled developments for new products and business-driving processes, contributing to overall performance improvement. At Vodafone, I initiated the Sales Performance Management & Coaching initiative across enterprise sales teams, which boosted efficiency. My experience also includes spearheading the development of an in-house Enterprise Sales Funnel Management tool at RCom, equivalent to SalesForce, ensuring business alignment across teams. These roles have equipped me with the skills to collaborate effectively with leadership and cross-functional teams.
The timeless lessons of the Mahabharata have deeply influenced my leadership style. I believe the ethical dilemmas and character decisions within the epic hold invaluable lessons for modern leadership. My goal is to create a platform that combines spiritual wisdom with scientific inquiry, helping professionals, entrepreneurs, and thought leaders apply these teachings to their lives and careers.
